We were approached by a client in Princes Risborough to assist with preparing planning drawings for extending their home.
The client had bought a site which had great scope for development and wanted to get the project moving as soon as possible.
We worked hard with the client to develop a buildable design within the existing style of the house to give the best possible chance of achieving planning permission.
Planning permission was granted and building work started shortly afterwards.The overall size of the extension doubled the size of the house.
